Our after sales service setup in Hyderabad consists of well trained service Engineers with Pager facility and we have service centers in all major towns of A.P.

CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY

We at Vivek Control Systems understand that completely satisfied customers alone can keep us in business, and therefore have adopted the following as our customer service policy with a commitment to guarantee minimum VIVCONequipment up time of 99%.

Preventive Maintanence:We undertake monthly preventive maintanence of all the UPS systems supplied by us. We also carry out periodic maintanence of batteries like topping up distilled water and ensure that the batteries are in top working conditions.

Service Calls:Customer Service calls will be attended within 1 hour. Breakdown will be set right within 4 hours of receiving the complaint.

Standby System:In case the system is not set right due to any reason within 8 hours, a standby system will provided until such time the UPS is required.

Spares:We will ensure that all the spare parts are adequately stocked to meet any service requirement.

Direct Pager access to service Engineers:We have well-trained and well-equipped VIVCON Service Engineers for twin cities and are directly accessible to customers on Pager Service for immediate response.
