He has passed B.Com., from Mangalore University, and Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (Secured Rank both in Inter and Final CA Examination). Since 1991 is in practice. He formed partnership with Mr.Dayanand, direct younger brother in the year 1999. He specialised in Income Taxd, Sales Tax, VAT and FEMA. He faculty member on Taxation in the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has given several lectures in seminars and conferences. He contributes articles in Economic Times. He is a member of FKCCI Taxation Committee for the past six years and Member of Committee for study on Transfer pricing constituted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

In this firm, he is in charge of indirect tax issues.
Venkatesh Kamath S V
He has passed B.Com., from Mysore University and Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. On qualifying as Chartered Accountant, in the year 1993, joined M/s.Informatics (India) Limited, group companies. During the 10 year stay in this group held various positions like, Commercial Manager, Subscription Manager and Manager Finance and Accounts at the time of leaving the company. Associated as single point of contact for the company in development of in-house ERP software for the company operations.
He has joined as partner of Vishnu Daya and Co., during 2003. In this firm, he is in charge of internal audit, statutory audit, and tax audit, BPO activity relating to accounts, and advising on finance management including indirect tax and direct tax issue.
