U RISE Foundation (Universal Realisation of Inner Strength Expansion) a public charitable trust registered under the Indian trust act 1882, well known for its U Rise Meditation, very actively involved in different activities since more than a decade, both within and outside of Bangalore, was Officially launched in march 2002.

However, it has been now, within this one year, the trust has established its activities all over Bangalore, has its national head quarters, with different centers at:

  • Vidyaranyapura, Sanjaynagar, C.V.Ramannagar, Cooke town, Viveknagar, Hebbal, Jalahally, BEL, Jayanagar, Dasarahally, Vivekanandanagar, and B.T.M. Lay out in Bangalore and at Doddaballapore, Cochin, Perinthalmanna and Chennai,. Total Life Transformation programme are regularly conducting in these centers through which many people have attained tremendous transformation and experienced freedom from so many psychosomatic ailments.

  • And with the international Head Quarters at New chattel, Switzerland.

U RISE Foundation is the brainchild of Poojya Sri Sri Vasudev Guruji is a dream come true, as a star in his spiritual ascend.

Main aim of U RISE Foundation is to help one and all to harness their incredible potential energy and focus it positively on achieving total peace, health and harmony within themselves and with the world around them.

U RISE Foundation, a specialized institution, is dedicated to restoring confidence in the individual, universal peace and wholesome ways of loving and serving fellow beings. This foundation has stepped forth into the world, on a unique mission of helping fellow beings to achieve personal fulfillment, by awakening the spirituality in the individual and by creating a world of fraternity and love.

It is possible for any one to achieve this with the guidance of a Master, a true sadhaka who has already found true love and happiness.

One such Master, Sri Sri Vasudev Guruji, guides the U Rise movement. He has acquired great spiritual experiences by being in the Himalayas and Kotachadri hills with many great spiritual Masters. He has been responsible for the transformation of thousands of individuals with his lovely smile and sweet words of inspiration and wisdom, filled with love and offering.

U RISE Foundation strives to bring to the experiential level, the various practices has thought by our peers and sages, in the language of the modern man, to create better mental and physical health in both his world and the world outside, thus achieving its aim of creating a stress free and healthy and peaceful society.

When we are children, we enjoy loving Mother Nature and playing in her arms with total glee and freedom. As we grow, we slowly go farther and farther away from her and lose our freedom. We get caught in the daily rut of a stress filled life. By the time we realize this, we have no strength left in us to face it.

U Rise helps us to get the mental strength to face up to this and live life to the fullest, in total freedom.

U RISE Foundation helps you find yourself love yourself and love others. U RISE Foundation provides an opportunity to experience higher levels of consciousness, taking the individuals beyond the limitations of body and mind, into a world of limitless love and joy, with the absolute melting away of all the negative feelings and building a super consciousness state of creative and positive feelings.

Activities: OUR YEAR LONG SERVICE ACTIVITIES:

  • U Rise Foundation is engaged in carrying out many service projects independently and also jointly with other social service organizations.

    Different activities have been carried out at various centers throughout the country and abroad, includes:

    • Celebrating HARSHOTSAVA U RISE FESTIVALS to create social harmony, better understanding among people of different class, cast, and communities
    • Establishment of different institutions like vocational training centers, education centers, yoga centers.
    • Environmental growth and protection from epidemics and devastations.
    • De-alcoholism and rehabilitation, de-drug addiction etc.
    • Celebrating Inter-religious festivals along with aged, mentally retarded and handicapped, ailing persons in the hospitals and prisoners in jails.
    • Arrange Medical camps, Train youngsters in leadership, Arranging Blood-donation camps and helping the needy persons during hospital visits have helped in many emergency situations.
    • The center propagates dharma of universal divine love, based on non-religious concept, which includes every religion on this mother planet, caring for humanity and the unique boon of divine environment of Mother Earth to the human kind.
    • Periodical Visiting of orphanages and old age homes and also govt. public Schools to create awareness among teachers and to help them acquire the basic minimum amenities and provide assistance to the under- privileged students. Many of these training programme have kindled a new hope of creating wonderful things in their life. They also in turn have taken initiative and started doing social service activities, which will go a long way in creating a happy and healthy world.
    • Different Committees on Community Services, Health Services, Environment services, Youth Services and Women and Children Welfare services are liaising with other similar Organisations to support them in these activities and also create a network of all service Organisations to bring out integrity and increased efficiency.
