We are incorporated in the year 1995, catering to Companies, Corporate clients, Individual clients etc.

We are mostly catering to Public sector, Multinational companies, Banks audits, Private sector companies etc.

The proprietor of the firm Mr. Umesha K.N. is a chartered accountant with a vast experience in the field.

Mr. Umesha K.N. have been engaged in practice since 06-10-1995. During the past 8 years, he have conducted the audits and tax audits of several small/medium sized business undertaking.

He have conducted the statutory audit of the branches of State Bank of India and presently He have been appointed as concurrent auditor for one of the branches of Karnataka Bank Limited (Since 01-01-2003)

He also have the experience in attending all direct tax matters, including attending assessment proceeding, drafting appeals papers, attending appeals before Commissioner of INcome - tax (Appeals), attending revision petitions etc. Apart from this, sales tax matters also being attended.

He also do have experience in incorporation of new companies. I also prepare and finalise acounts of several small/medium sized business undertaking.

He also like to state here that till 17-01-2002, He was carrying on my professional practice at Vallabh Vidyanagar in Anand district in Gujarat state. There he was also employed as 'Deputy manager (A/c) in M/s Elecon Engineering company I had been entrusted with the task of attending all direct tax matters, finallsation of accounts and attending statutory audit.
