Production Facility

Traditional skills of the Indian weaver coupled with rich experience in fabric designing and technology has helped Textworth International make great strides in producing high quality customized silk.

We have a state-of-the-art in-house power loom tailored for heavy to medium weight furnishings catering to a widespread market group. With the help of Multi-head Tajima & Barudun machines, our skilled personnel handle complicated motifs, fine fabrics and complicated designs in huge quantities.

We ensure color-fastness using Azo-free dyes from Basf, Stahl and Ciba Giegy.

Extreme care is taken to maintain the rich natural look of the fabric using latest equipment with attention to detail, which makes a vital difference.

An in-house R&D division has been established catering exclusively to new creation and designs manned by 12 hardcore professional designers. Also, to be in a position to quickly respond to sample requirements of yardages and made-ups effectively, a separate department has been conceived and created.
