Administration - 300 sq.ft. office area with telephone, fax and e-mail facilities.
Design/Project - 1250 sq.ft. area furnished to meet the requirement of a good design office with latest computer system to work on Autocad.
Conference Hall - 1200 sq.ft. conference hall with utility.
Library - 300 sq.ft. library hall.
Production Shop - 2700 sq.ft. dust free RCC roofed assembly shop floor, secured as per Tariff Advisory Committee requirement, with 3 phase 415V AC power and DC source of 24V, 110V and 220V for test facility.
Stores - 300 sq.ft. store room facility as per Nationalised Bank requirement.
Testing - 250 sq.ft. area for high voltage test facility and insulation test facility are available.
Pantry & Utility - 75 sq.ft. pantry area
Parking - 275 sq.ft. parking area.
Godown - 300 sq.ft. area for godown.
Guest House & Utility - 600 sq.ft. furnished guest house.
