With a passion for education and learning, Sanjay Kumar Pal, the Managing Director
of Symbiosis Overseas Pvt. Ltd. chose Education Consultancy as his profession.
As a Graduate in Computer Engineering, he could have moved into the industry
or corporate sectors but decided to commit himself to the field of education.
Having observed the travails of students during his own graduation period,
he understood the major difficulties students had to undergo prior to seeking
admission to colleges. At times, they were wrongly guided or for some minor
procedural errors, they would even lose admission and consequently, a chance
for a bright future.
Sanjay Kumar Pal initiated a process by which he would work on students' problems,
