The proprietor of this concern Dr.M.G.Venugopalan who has recently started a Tax consultancy service in Mumbai in Customs, Excise & Service tax matters has a long 36 years of service in Indian Custom and Central excise service (IC & CES) under the Ministry of Finance department of Revenue, government of India.

Born in Kerala, after his college education joined the Central Civil service through the competitive examination conduct by UPSC in the year 1966.

During his long tenure of service in the department, he has varied field and Central Secretariat posting throughout the country in various Customs, Central excise formations, both in tax administration on well in the formulation of tax policies and legislation. He has won award the president's award for distinguished record of service in the year 1998.

While in service he took his post-graduate degree in Public Administration & Doctorate from Mumbai University in Management studies. He has represented India in various International conferences.
