Shewalkar Developers Ltd., (SDL) was originally incorporated in 1985 under the banner Nest Constructions Pvt. Ltd., and the name was subsequently changed to Shewalkar Developer (P) Ltd., in 1986. The fundamental mission of the company is to act as Developers, Promoters, Builders, Contractors & Engineers in the field of civil construction. Since then the company has undertaken several housing/commercial projects in and outside Nagpur and successfully brought them to completion.
The company was accorded its first laurel in the form of a request by the then Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Shri. Sudhakar Rao Naik, to undertake the onerous task of rehabilitating the flood affected villages of Mowad/ Khargaon/Deoli and Madna in 1991. The company undertook this enormous task of completing three entire townships consisting of 1675 houses, Govt, Tahsil, Panchayat offices, Schools, Hospitals, Market, Temples, Road etc. The entire work was completed within the stipulated time frame. This earned the company registration as class A contractor for PWD works, thus entitling the company to bid for any amount of tenders floated by the State Government.
Over a period of time the company has been known for its innovativeness, cordial attitude and high professionalism. SDL earned the reputation of a builder who cares, in a very short span of time. While the client felt secure with the company, the concept of high quality and superior furnishing and amenities in Apartment schemes, in place of routine B grade specification, set new standards of quality, in the business market cross section and thus SDL became the trend sellers for such creative concepts.
SDL's main ideology does not end with business concept only. It has ensured that the ethos and culture of Indian Heritage is maintained. All of Shewalkar Developer's flat schemes have been handed over to respective flat owners at the hands of important personalities from various cultural fields. The company has always associated itself in social-cultural activities by organising and sponsoring various programmes.
The clients of the company have always been considered as an integral part of the creation of Shewalkar family and Apartment have been developed not from commercial angle but to its taste, choice and dreams of the clients.
Having earned goodwill and success SDL had slowly gone into diversification through its closely held group concerns in activities like Restaurant, Publications, Movies etc.,

Parking
ENCLOSED PARKING
The Enclosed Parking Shall have square bar grill from two or three sides and rolling grill or collapsible gate for the front opening.
COVERED PARKING
The Covered Parking shall be open from all four sides, separated and marked with painted bands to define boundaries and shall be covered only from top.
Servants Room
The servants’ room shall have cement tiles flooring, ventilation only from one side over lintel level and attached toilet with European or Anglo Indian w.c. and position of spout and hand shower.
The allotees of the servants’ room shall have to ensure that the occupation of this room by servant shall not in any way cause any nuisance to the adjacent apartment owner.
