Details about my practice

After serving for 18 years in various public and private sector industries, I wish to continue independent practice in accounts. Even though I am basically from Chennai, I find lot of growth potential in Bangalore. As my father-in Law is in Bangalore, I shifted my residence from Chennai to Bangalore and set up a small office at my residence at Rajaji Nagar in 1997. I have created contacts through various auditors firms and increased my clientele base. I have slowly undertake jobs in Company Law Matters, System Audit, Investigations of Financial Losses, Project appraisal Concurrent Audit and Stock Audit, matters relating to Central Excise and Sales Tax and Income Tax etc. in various companies. I have established a professional firm in January 1998 by name Ranganathan & Venkataramani with Mr.Venkataramani, who is also a Fellow members of our Institute as a partner. This firm deals with various services like Auditing, Direct and Indirect Taxation, Consultancy in Project Fianance, Investigation and Project appraisals and other financial matters.
