• i] Preparation of preliminary sketch schemes in alternatives.
• ii] Preparation of revised sketch schemes, after the Client’s approval.
• iii] Preparation of Sanction Drawings to be submitted to the concerned authorities for their approval.
• iv] Preparation of preliminary Estimate.
• v] Preparation of Architectural Working Drawings like Floor Plans, Elevations, Sections and Isometric Views or Perspectives.
• vi] Preparation of Architectural Detailed Drawings like Bathroom Layouts, Kitchen Layout, Staircase Details, Door and Window Details, Grill Details, Compound Wall and Gate Details, Miscellaneous Details etc.,
• vii] Preparation of Electrical Lighting Layout Plans.
• viii] Preparation of all Structural Drawings and Detail Drawings like Foundation Details, Details for RCC Footings, Columns, Lintels, Beams, Lofts, Roof Slabs, Canopies, Chajjas, Staircases, etc.,
• ix] Preparation of Detailed Estimate.
• x] Preparation of Detailed Bill of Quantities and Floating of Tender Document ( if required ).
• xi] Scrutinizing of Tender Document and Selection of Contractor.
• xii] Supervision of construction work at regular intervals.
