Starting with the Fabrication jobs in the initial stages, the company worked towards building a wide base and winning the confidence of the clients by doing small, important jobs like refurbishing/Modifying existing equipments, improving the efficiency of existing equipment, redesigning the heating system, supply of spare heaters etc., and today the company has been favoured with contracts for full pledged heat treatment equipments.

The Promoters, all Engineering graduates, have a combined work experience of more than 20 years in the field of design, manufacture, erection, commissioning and marketing, having worked in a leading joint venture company manufacturing industrial heat treatment furnaces and allied equipments. The exposure and experience gained during their careers with the previous company as provided for in depth and wide knowledge in all the aspects of industrial activity. The experience of Interaction with domestic and overseas engineers during the negotiations, finalizations and commissioning of major projects, has helped in the understanding of the norms and standards followed particularly in the design and manufacturing.

The promoters have an impressive record of handling major projects in the individual capacities in the field of design, manufacture, commissioning and marketing, having involved execution of contracts for major Indian and multi national companies like Hero Honda Motors, I.P.Rings, Tata Timken, B.P.L., N.B.C., Mint Factories, Mico, etc. to name a few during their carriers with the previous company.

A highly skilled motivated and experienced work force provides the support in executing contracts to the entire satisfaction of the customers in terms of quality, aesthetics and delivery.

Each person is capable of handling the jobs in his individual capacity and his conversant with all the norms and standard followed particularly in the manufacturing.
