Pandey Security Services Pvt. Ltd. is a 30 year old as security providers with registered office at Mumbai. We alsways consider “Total Security” concept. Although there in nothing like fool-proof security, we have a wide range of security related services that adequately protects against losses whether life, property, prestige or information. We are among the second exempted security organization.

personnel screening, recruiting & computerized data with photographs

Pandey Security Service & Investigation Force screens the security personnel before appointing. The complete address including village, three references, photographs, finger prints history sheet and address are kept on records for the perusal. The personnel after selection under goes a fortnight training by our Ex-service training officers and then insulted for the duties. Selection after due verification from various defence and N.C.C. units. Trained home guards and civilians with minimum high school qualification are also criteria for selection of security Guards. In case of any suspicion about integrity of the personnel, the cases are referred to crime Investigation Department.

Disaster planing and Risk Analysis:

Pandey Security Service & Investigation Force firmly believes that contingency planning requires lot of study. The disaster planning is carried out in terms of nature of threat (Nature/Manmade) and adequate thought in terms in standard operating procedure being worked out implemented and monitored.

  • Human risks e.g. dishonesty, thefts, frauds, terrorism etc.
  • Physical or technical risks e.g. fire's explosion, environment failure, equipment failure, and other like wise incidents. <

    Surprise Checks & Night Rounds

    The team member and field officer of Pandey Security Services (P) Ltd and Investigation Force visit all the service sites regularly and surprise check of our security personnel's.

    Replacement & Rotation of personnel

    In order to avoid familiarity and acquaintance Pandey Security Services (P) Ltd. & Investigation Force rotates its personnel once in 6 months. If our client wishes to replace any of the security personnel at his site the same is done within 24 hours of the intimation received.

    Uniform

    Our Security Staff is immaculately dressed in proper uniform with black nylon belts, black leather shoes and identity cards with photographs. Our guards are equipped with baton.

    Seasonal Wear

    Provision of raincoats gumboots umbrella as monsoon wear and cardigans as winter wear. Access to Pandey Security Services Pvt. Ltd. Pandey Security Services has not given any chance for any communication gap and have it's round the clock control room.

    Risk Analysis

    With Mobile Phone, Pager, Fax, Telephone answering machine. Pandey Security Services prominently listed in Yellow Pages displays the advertisement and Commercial and Industrial Guide and Micro Crome in case clients miss-out telephone numbers.

    Terms and Conditions

    The contract is valid only for the specified period. The strength of the security personnel be reduce / increased only after mutual discussion during the contractual period. The contract is valid for a period of one year, in case the client desires to terminate the contract during the tenure of the contract, he may do so by giving us one-month prior notice payment in lieu.

    Employment of our Employees by You

    It should be please noted that you shall not engage any of our employees without prior intimation and for this we shall charge you six months total payment of the concerned employees.
