| As the name justifies, is in the business of Metal Forming by cold forging. Metal is forged into various shapes at room temperature, using special presses. The advantages are numerous. Twenty-three years ago when the process was relatively new METFORM pioneered in establishing the processes with one HMT Press in Bangalore. Today, with the widely known advantages of less material, less machining and higher production, the process is gaining tremendous interest in our cost cutting environment. METFORM has all facilities in house .A bank of cold forging presses upto 12 no.s with capacity ranging up to 800 tonnes, processes 100 tonnes of steel, to make nearly 2 million components per month.

The Company was founded by Sri. V.P.RANGA and is managed by him from the past 23 years.The units have established a name for its quality among Leading Automobile and Engineering Industries. The unit takes corrective measures in time to overcome the problems both financially and technically. We are very well established and ever expanding market as we are supplying quality products to the utmost satisfaction of our customers.

Being a high-speed Production facility, quality has to be in built into every operation&operator.We have all in-built controls on Gauge calibration, Preventive-maintenance,FMEA,Tool life control, Internal Quality Audits & Traceability. As we said before we produce 2 million components per month We are proud to say that P.P.M.Level for this year is “Zero”. Also PLKZ is a system through which our customers evaluate Delivery-Performance. Currently it is Zero the best.
We recieved Quality Assurance Award from BOSCH for the year 1983-1984 for Consistent Good quality of supplies.
We recieved Excellence in Performance Award from BOSCH for the Best in Class for consistent Good quality&Delivery which was received in 1998.
We are QS- 9000 Certified by RWTUV for BOTH PLANTS on Jan-2003.

Metform Engineers has a dedicated team of 70 employees in two plants.
30% of the employees are Management &Engineers. All developments maintenances, facility improvements is done in house by our experienced staff.This helps inculcate a feeling of togetherness and all work as a team to beat the competition. |
