The Subscription accepted on yearly basis only.If subscription received in mid of the year the data will be sent from 1st January till date immediately, whatsoever compiled.First file will be forwarded after clearance of Payment. Payment should
be sent by Demand Draft payable in Mumbai, India. The data will be supplied on January to December actual clearance (Calendar Year) basis only, irrespective of date of information presented. The charges mentioned above are for one year only and inclusive of sending the data through E-mail, under a database file(dbf file)
and as an attachment to mail.The related group/s subscribed will be consolidated in one file for Export and another for Import. Hence Total 2 files if subscribed both category files. Subscribers are requested to copy file and scan thoroughly for any virus attachment during transit on mail. We will not be responsible for any damage/loss due to virus or related file/s, if found to be destined. The data contained in our file will be used by subscriber for their personal use only, and it should not be shared or passed on to any other Person/Firm/Company or on any other Channel or Media for trade purpose.We compile from four Ports i.e. Mumbai (Bombay), Calcutta, Kochy(Cochin) and Chennai(Madras) subject to availability
of Data from Ports and cover almost 75% of India's Trade, since other ports and
ICD Transactions are not available. The yearly renewal will fall due as soon as Mumbai Port clearance reaches December. The balance information will be continued to be supplied irrespective of renewal of next year. We compile this data from information published by Custom Houses, and the same is without prejudiced to what Government or any other body or person in India/Abroad considers to be appropriate.This data is for reference purpose only, and does not part the complete turnover or compilation of any or all product/s in any case.
