Indian Heritage Academy is a registered Trust. Prof. N.S.Rama Swamy, Founder Director of IIM, Bangalore and formerly Director of NITIE, Bombay, is the Managing Trustee. Indian Heritage Academy has been involved in designing and conducting HRD Programmes on the broad themes of Ethics, Morals, Values, Spirituality, Culture and Philosophy - all intended to enrich Life, Professions and Management. Two such programmes are offered as Inter-organizational programmes of 2 days at IHA-HRD Centre in Bangalore and In-house programmes to corporate and other organisations at their premises.
The major objective of the programme is to improve managerial performance, moral excellence, productivity, motivation, morale, work culture, values and ethics of people in organizations.
IHA is a registered Trust and Prof. N.S.Ramaswamy is the Managing Trustee. IHA is conducting a variety of programmes to promote:
Inculcation of Ethics, Morals and Values into Management Science.
Indian Philosophy, Spiritually, Culture, Ideals
National Integration, Inter-religious Harmony and Peace
Integration of spiritually into secular life, work and relationships
Cultural and Spiritual approach to Animals and Environment
Music, Dance, Art, Literature, Yoga and Meditation.
These programmes are being conducted in a multi-purpose Hall, in a 30000 sq.ft. plot, located at 20th Main, Koramangala VI Block, near the Police Station. Government has approved plans to put up a 30000 sq.ft. Complex for Auditorium, seminar and training, library and reading, yoga and meditation, residential block of 20 double rooms, etc.
Perspectives and programmes are aimed at giving on overview of Indian Heritage and to show its relevance to the current world of work, life, transactions and relationships, whereby progress in the materialistic world and spiritual path can be achieved, bringing in happiness. Programmes will be of great interest and high value to entrepreneurs and managers, administrators and professionals in various fields, NRIs, People of Indian Origin, Tourists, Academics and Intellectuals.
It is proposed to seek Donations from philanthropists and the Corporate Sector through a scheme, which will enable them to get back their contribution over a few years by utilising the proposed facilities, free or at a subsidised rate. |
