Along with Traub A-25 collets Indexing collet fixture can be used for various milling operations like Multiple sloting, Gang milling, Square, Hex, Octagon milling and slotting and more importantly PCD drilling.

The chuck moulted Indexing Milling Fixtures facilitate all above operations with the added advantage of holding any diameter job with in the capacity of chuck.

Clamping and Unclamping of jobs are fast, Indexing is accurate and thus the over all operation efficiency is largely enhanced. This accessory is ideal for batch and mass production of all machine shops.

These are available in three versions, ICF A-25 suitable with Traub A-25 collets, IMFC chuck mounted with Standard 4"x3 jaw Chuck; 6" chuck. Can also give optional ICFAHV i.e. Suitable for horizontal and vertical mounting. There are 24 equal indexing positions and also graduated scale is provided for any odd angle indexing. Special indexing plates with required number of indexing can be offered on request.
