At RN Express we understand what Nurses need and want. We have listened to our Nurses and have responded by creating generous incentive programs and a comprehensive pay and benefits package that includes:

RN Express pays quick start bonuses every week, and you may also be eligible for a $1,000 bonus depending on the assignment and specialty. Ask your recruiter for additional details.

Earn extra cash with RN Express! Many of our assignments have sign-on or completion bonuses. If you work with RN Express continuously for five years, you will earn $5,500 in cash bonuses through our Assignment Rewards Program, one of our several incentive programs for Nurses. RN Express also offers $500 for each nurse you refer who works with us.

RN Express will arrange for your free furnished housing (with utilities). We pride ourselves in offering the very best housing available in the industry today.

For select RN Express assignments, if you are called off because of low census, you'll be paid guaranteed hours. Check with your recruiter about which assignments include this benefit.

Life insurance is provided to nurses with $10,000 of life and accidental death/dismemberment coverage at no cost.

RN Express offers Direct Deposit to its nurses, offering security, convenience and peace of mind. Direct deposit will allow you to have your paychecks electronically deposited directly into your savings account at 12:00am on your payday (some banks may vary). Your payroll stub will be mailed to you via regular US mail. You won't need to worry about deliveries, or getting to the bank right away!

RN Express provides a no-cost comprehensive health insurance plan to travelers on assignment. The plan offers almost 100 percent coverage of a wide variety of healthcare needs, from preventive care to treatment of serious illness or injury. Low-cost dependent coverage is also available to travelers at their own expense.

There's no time better than the present to start saving for retirement. And what better place to start than with RN Express's 401(k) plan. RN Express does not require a 1-year waiting period to establish eligibility; all nurses may enroll immediately. Matching contributions will begin on the first day of the calendar quarter following the completion of 1,000 hours of service. Also, we will match $.50 for each dollar you defer up to 6 percent of your salary. Annually, you may contribute up to 20 percent of your salary or $10,500, whichever is lower.

RN Express recognizes the financial burden of relocation with one of the most generous travel allowances in the industry. The reimbursement is calculated at the maximum IRS allowance per mile and is calculated from the traveler's permanent address to their new assignment. A maximum of $300.00 is reimbursed each way.
