Anant Mandgi is a full service family concern headed by a 3rd Generation
lawyer. It was started in 1925 at Bombay and later the operation of the
firm shifted to Bangalore. We have a very conservative method in dealing
with the clients and also in terms of the matters being handled since our
firm is a family concern with years of standing reputation.
Team Work
Senior associates of our firm pay personal attention to all the clients.
We believe in team work and every client will be attended by a team headed
by our senior partner. Every member of our team takes care of various
angles of work allotted to him. At present there are about 20 associates
working for our firm.
Location
Our firm is centrally located in Bangalore City within about 2 k.m. from
all the courts and is close to most of the 5 star hotels and ministers
quarters. It has ample parking space available for clients and has got
a fairly large accommodation.
Nature of work
We mainly concentrate on all kinds of Civil, Corporate Criminal and Family
Court matters. Our Senior partner is well respected and recognised in the
Courts at Bangalore both at High Court and at the Civil Courts. A number
of land mark judgements argued by our senior Partner is reported in various
law journals.
We handle all kinds of Civil matters involving Contracts, Arbitration etc.
Our Criminal branch is headed by well experienced Advocates ably led by
another senior partner. Family court matters are taken care of by a Lady Senior partner who is
well versed in these matters. We have also a number of Corporate Clients as our firm is well experienced in Corporate matters.
Secrecy
We adhere to strict standards regarding client secrecy and adhere to strict professional ethics, and information about our clients are not divulged or discussed with other clients or third parties.
Client involvement
Our firm has the habit of the client getting involved in all discussion between the partners and associates. Normally we request the clients or their representative to be present in court during their matters being taken up. |
