I, have been practising as an Advocate in Karnataka State for the last 13 years, enrolled as an advocate in October 1989. I had started legal profession and established an
independent full fledged, sophisticated office at the above
address in the heart of the city and attending the cases at High
Court, Civil Courts, Criminal Courts, Karnataka Appellate
Tribunal (Revenue and Co-operation), Debt Recovery Tribunal
Labour Court, Consumer Courts, State Commission and before
all other authorities in Bangalore.
Since the beginning I am handling cases/ matters related to
various Local bodies, B. D. A., Corporations, Banks, Societies,
Insurance Companies, institutions and companies along with
many other individual and corporate clients.
I am now working as a penal advocate for State Bank of India
(D. R. T . Cell) Bangalore, many Societies, institutions, firms and
companies. I have been handling matters in the nature of suits for
recovery of money, partition, possession, declaration-, injunctions,
ejectment, eviction, etc in the Civil Courts and Writ Petitions,
Revision Petitions, Regular Appeals of all nature in High Court of
Karnataka and all types of matters related to the service
conditions of employees as per K. C. S. R. Rules before the
administrative Tribunal Bangalore. Further I have been rendering
opinion on the marketability of title of the property offered as
security to the Bank Loan and rendering opinion on various other
fields including company matters, financial and service matters.
I have been assisted by junior advocates and clerk and
office assistance who perm anently working with m e. I have been
always available on mobile and telephone on office, residence for
consultation during working hours through out the day.
I have installed latest facilities of Computers in my office
and residence and have been well versed with internet, e-mail
facsimile and other latest technologies. I had the advantage of
independent library with all types of law books, commentaries,
manuals and other legal information including laws related to the
Corporation, Local bodies and service matters.
